Avalon Oil & Gas Ltd. is a growth oriented privately held corporation with its head office located in Calgary, Alberta. The company is engaged in exploration, development and acquisition of both conventional and thermal heavy oil properties in the greater Lloydminster area of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Avalon is led by a proven and experienced management team of which the majority were previously involved with the inception and successful disposition of Avalon Resources Ltd. (2002-2005) and Avalon Exploration Ltd. (2006-2012). with which Westcap has previously invested.
